What this site collects
Nothing directly. The site has no forms, accounts, analytics, advertising, or tracking, and it doesn’t set cookies.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare handles that information under its own privacy policy.
When you email us
If you email us, we use what you send, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message, to reply to you. Email to hello@genesisbydoxa.com passes through Cloudflare’s email forwarding service on its way to our team. As a registered investment adviser, Doxa Capital is required to keep records of business communications, so we retain email as the law requires. We don’t sell your information.

This site links to other sites, including doxacap.com, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Maps, and the SEC’s Investment Adviser Public Disclosure site (adviserinfo.sec.gov). Those sites have their own privacy policies, and their practices aren’t covered here.
If you become a client
Doxa Capital’s client privacy notice explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal and financial information. We provide it when you open an account, and you can ask for a copy at any time.
Children
This site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
