We may revise these terms at any time by posting a new version here, and the date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the revised terms.
Information, not an offer
The Site provides general information about Genesis and Doxa’s services. It is not personalized investment advice, an offer of advisory services, or an offer to buy or sell any security in any jurisdiction. We won’t respond to an inquiry with personalized investment advice, or effect or attempt to effect a securities transaction, unless we comply with the applicable registration requirements or qualify for an exemption.
Who the Site is for
The Site is directed at residents of Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, Colorado, and Florida, and Doxa operates it from its offices in Virginia and North Carolina. We make no representation that the Site’s content is appropriate or available for use elsewhere, or that accessing it is legal where you are. If you use the Site from another location, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for following local law. The Site isn’t intended for anyone in a jurisdiction where its distribution or use would be against the law or would require Doxa to register there. Links to other websites
The Site links to websites Doxa doesn’t control, such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Google Maps. We provide those links for convenience only. Including a link doesn’t mean we endorse the site, and we aren’t responsible for its content, services, or practices or for any damages from using it. You visit linked sites at your own risk.
No warranties
Doxa makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Site. Doxa isn’t responsible for damage to your computer or other property, including from viruses, that results from using the Site or downloading anything from it.
The Site and all of its contents are provided “as is,” with all faults, and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doxa and anyone involved in creating, producing, or delivering the Site will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost savings, lost data, or business interruption, arising from the use of, reliance on, or inability to use the Site or its contents, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if Doxa has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If any part of this limitation is found invalid or unenforceable, Doxa’s total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed $1,000.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Doxa and its directors, officers, members, partners, principals, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these terms or the law. We may, at our own expense, take over the defense of any such matter, and if we do, you agree to cooperate.
Entire agreement and severability
These terms are the entire agreement between you and Doxa about the Site. If any part of them is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Ending these terms
These terms apply until Doxa ends them. You can end them at any time by no longer using the Site and deleting any content you downloaded from it, and you must do the same if Doxa ends them.
